A Brief Overview
Klarna was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005. They wanted to make it easier for people to shop online in terms of how they pay for goods. They are now one of Europe’s largest banks providing payment options along with 200,000 merchants benefitting 85 million consumers.
How it works: Shopping with Klarna allows you to pay in three equal instalments. You will need to provide your telephone number, email address, billing address and a valid credit or debit card number.  The payments will be automatically collected from the debit or credit card entered at checkout. Once we have confirmed your order the first instalment will be taken.  Instalments one and two are scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively.  Klarna will tell you the due dates via email and they are also available on the Klarna app.
There is no interest or fees.  
Eligibility is dependent on your financial circumstances. Your credit rating will not be affected by the initial financial assessment. You must be 18 years of age or over to qualify.
Returns or cancellations: Upon cancelling your order or returning your item Klarna will refund you any money paid back to the card used to make the payment. Refunds usually take between 5-7 days.
